He is survived by: his significant other Donna Roe; his children, Samuel Keith Lee Mackey of Drummonds, TN. and Jennifer Mackey Wilson (Wayne) of Cedar Bluff, AL.; his siblings, Greg Mackey (Staci) of Cedar Bluff, AL., Martha Jean Elders (Orban) of Cedar Bluff, AL., Donna Faye Woodall (Alton) of Cedar Bluff, AL., Shirley Anne Woodall (Kenneth) of Cedar Bluff, AL. and Sheila Starr of Cedar Bluff, AL.; and his grandchildren, Celena Wilson, Joseph Wilson III, Austin Wilson and Madison Flynt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
