She was predeceased by: her parents, Raleigh T. Strickland and Vassie Bowling Strickland; and her siblings, Edward Strickland, James Strickland, Cecil Strickland, Kenneth Strickland, Pauline "Polly" Newsome, Evie L. Brown and Mildred A. Zuker.
She is survived by: her husband Alan Doeg; her brother Randall Strickland (Janice); her sons, Billy Rudeseal (Vicky) and Kent Rudeseal (Brenda); her stepdaughter Darice Doeg; her grandchildren, Carmen Zimmerman, Drew Rudeseal, Chris Rudeseal and Chad Rudeseal; and her stepgrandchildren, Tyler Cheatwood, Jessica Cheatwood and Rheana Cheatwood. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
