He was predeceased by: his siblings, Johnny Wade and Mary Ruth Early; his son-in-law Jimmy Qualls; and his parents, Hubert Denson Wade and Annie Hardin Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Wade; his daughters, Diane Alexander, Vonda McDaniel (Glen) and Denise Slayton (Rodney); and his grandchildren, Leeane Alexander, Andrew Alexander, Jamie Qualls, Robert McDaniel, Sabrina Anthony, Emily Davis, Annie Slayton, Jimmy Smith and Brooklyn McDaniel. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.
