She is survived by: her parents, Scott Johnson and Shae Smith; her stepfather Chad Slayton; her siblings, Lance Bryant, Will Smith, Levi Slayton, Ashley Slayton and Caitlin Slayton; and her grandmothers, Glenda Bridges, Geraldine Johnson and Brenda Slayton.
