She is survived by: her daughters, Emily Bolton (Scott) and Anne Miller; her nephew Brent Tidwell; her grandchildren, Jeff Bolton (Melanie), Stacy Farnam (Ken) and Allison Hampton (Ben); her great grandchildren, Emma Bolton, Andrew Bolton, Elliot Bolton, Mia Pinson, Katlin Farnam, Britney Crass, Carter Wilson, Alena German and Milani German; her daughters, Johna Lindsey and Teresa Pelfrey; her close friends, Sue Hurley, Sarah Ulrich, Lynn Brewer, Mary Ann Martin and Louise Lindsey; and her caregivers, Jacque Walters and Robin Roberts.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cedar Bluff First Methodist Church or Howell Cemetery.
