He was predeceased by: his siblings, Kenny Holder and Anita Wright; and his parents, James Roy and Sarah Ruth Holder. He is survived by: his wife JJ Holder; his children, Justin Holder (Ashley), John Holder, Allen Holder, Jessica Simpson (PJ) and Nikki Henry; his sisters, Sue Bennett (Rowell) and Andie Edwards (Junior); and his grandchildren, Lexi Simpson, Aidan Simpson, Ansley Simpson, Heidi Holder, Hunter Holder and Jacob Henry.
The family will accept cut flowers or house plants or donation may be made to the family for expences.
