It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Summers McWhorter of Cedar Bluff, Alabama, who passed away on August 8, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Kerr McWhorter, III; her children, Summer Summerford (Josh) of Centre and Jonathan McWhorter (Lisa); her grandchildren, Emma McWhorter and Mabry Summerford; her mother Ruth Cobia Summers; and her sister Kathy Summers Hampton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Cedar Bluff First United Methodist Church in lieu of flowers.
