He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Mayo and Hallie Kelley Webb; his children, Sonya Webb, Karla Webb Nelson and William Cecil Webb, Jr.; and his brother Charles Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Sybil Grinstead Webb; his son Wade W. Webb; and his grandchildren, Jessica Roberts (Josiah) and Jonathan Nelson (Danna). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
