We bid farewell to Kate Sellers of Cecil, Alabama, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 31, 2025 at the age of 87. Kate touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Boykin and Susannah Hazeltine Boykin; and her grandmother Mimi. She is survived by: her former husband Hardy James Sellers, Jr. (Jack); her children, Julia Taylor (Judy) and Hardy James Sellers III (Melissa); her sibling Thomas Rives Boykin; her children-in-law, Melissa and Dave; her grandchildren, Hunter, Ryan Taylor, Mary Kate (Tortorich), Megan, Matthew and McLane Sellers; her husband Andrew; her granddaughter-in-law Kayleigh; her daughter Judy Taylor (Dave); her sisters, Louise Boone and Susannah McKellar; and her caregivers, Stella Carey, Angel Davis, Lisa Daniels and Joyce Daniels. She is also survived by grandchildren, and great-granddaughter.
