He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Tillman Raines of Castleberry; his children, William Eric Raines (Tammy) of Baton Rouge, Anthony Paul Raines (Bette) of Brewton, Elizabeth Storme of Pearl River, Carol Elaine McCall (David) of Slidell and Joy Williams (Don) of Grapevine, Texas; his mother-in-law Dorothy Jones of Mobile; his brothers-in-law, Richard Tillman of Mobile and Morris Tillman (Maureen) of Mobile; and his great grandchild Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
