He is survived by: his parents, Chris Godwin and Stacie Godwin of Castleberry; his son Bentley Smith of Castleberry; his siblings, Blake Godwin of Castleberry, Cameron Godwin of Castleberry and Casey Godwin of Castleberry; his grandparents, Jerry Godwin of Castleberry, Bill Dixon of Brewton and Angie Dixon of Castleberry; his aunt Candy Godwin of Opelika; and his uncle Shon Dixon of Brewton. He is also survived by special friends and other family members.
