He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Carey Weaver and Mamie Lynch Weaver; and his siblings, Horace Weaver and Mary Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Sims Weaver of Castleberry; his children, Joey Weaver (Karen) of Auburn, Jamey Weaver of Castleberry and Jerri Taylor (Todd) of Prattville; his brother Fenlick Weaver (Myra) of Castleberry; and his grandchildren, Kaitlin Weaver, Jake Weaver and Trevor Taylor.
