He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Jacob and Ella Mae Blackmon Trawick; his wife Sally Trawick; and his siblings, Henry Trawick and Velma Ree Beech.

"Jerry" Trawick (Lori) of Mexia, AL, Elizabeth "Liz" Smith of Castleberry, AL, Linda Gayle Davenport of Mexia, AL and Charlee Skaggs of California; his stepchildren, John Kazlauskas of California, Sharon Clarke of California and Sheila Batson of Colorado; his adoptive daughters, Wendy Underhill of California and Lori Novak of Arizona; his grandchildren, Joshua Trawick, Patrick Wayne Trawick (Rachel) and Ashley Strickland (Brian); his great grandchild Kinsley Strickland; and his child Beatrice Baggett of Monroeville, AL..
