He was predeceased by: his son James Michael Warren; his parents, Levi Simpson and Leah Garrett Warren; and his siblings, Juanita Warren Kennedy, Robert Eugene Garrett Warren and William Lester Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Smith Warren of Castleberry; his children, Sharon Moore (Shayne Moody) of Magnolia Springs and Keith Warren (Kevin Smith) of Montgomery, Alabama.; his grandchildren, Seana Salter (Sheldon Salter) of Fairhope, Alabama, Michael Weaver (Olivia) of Elgin, Oklahoma, Brendan Weaver of Magnolia Springs, Alabama and Meagan Lovell (Adam) of Moody, Alabama.; his great grandchildren, Syrus, Sydney Jones, Andrew, Emma, Madison Weaver and James Mason Lovell; and his sister Eloise LeCroy of Montgomery, Alabama..
