He was predeceased by: his parents, Rummie Bell and Myrtice Smith Bell; and his siblings, Hurston Bell, James Bell, Bill Hall and Ann Fore.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte A. Bell of Castleberry; his children, Robert Bell (Jeri) of Brewton and Angie Bell of Castleberry; his grandchildren, Andrew Bell, Stephen Bell, Kristen Stephen (Joseph) and Luke Isaacson; and his sisters, Maedell Watson of Brewton and Polly Emmons (Roger) of Milton, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
