He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Benefield and Daisy Lee Benefield. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Cooper Benefield of Castleberry; his daughter April Rigby (Adam) of Brewton; his sisters, Ann Walker (Bill) of Pensacola, Wanda Josey (Lamar) of Prattville, Charlene Wilson (Buster) of Castleberry and Jacki Lynn (Larry) of Brewton; and his grandchildren, Cooper Rigby, Layla Kate Rigby and Clark Rigby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
