He is survived by: his parents, John Michael Smith and Chelsey Ray Smith; his sister Chaney Kate Smith; his grandparents, Mike, Tammy Smith, Calvin and Tammy Ray; his great-grandparents, Gilbert, Dale Noland, Jr., Dewitt, Elaine Ray and Kay Perkins; his uncles, Brandon (McKenzie Moore), Nathan (Tasha Applebee), Kevin (Macy Smith) and Travis (RaLyn Noland); and his cousins, Savannah Applebee, Owen Applebee, Grayson Moore, Maevery Moore and Gemi Lou Smith.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Skelton Funeral Home Chapel (2105 2nd St SW, Reform, AL 35481). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
