He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harrell Lavern McDaniel and Brinda Acker Jones. He is survived by: his wife Ashlyn Warren McDaniel; his son Chase McDaniel; his parents, Michael "Mike" McDaniel and Tammy Cochran McDaniel; his sister Nikki McDaniel (Cody Burns); and his niece Mackenzie Joyce McDaniel.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations in memory of Bacon be made to Skelton Funeral Home.
