She was predeceased by: her former husband Gilbert Bert Dean; her husband Stanley R. Lee; her brother Willis Choice Cook; and her mother Margie Lee McDaniel Cook. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Gilbert Dean; and her sisters, Josephine Cook Stephens (Grady), Alice Reece (Louis), Aylene Brittle, Linda Cameron (Donnie), Joyce Brown (Terry) and Anne Gray (Fred).
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Marvin Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery (1101 Sellers Rd, Carrollton, AL 35447).
