He is survived by: his wife Joyzaa Pattaporn; his children, Miranda Jacobs (Shane Sharpe), Austin Jacobs and Christopher Jacobs; his parents, June Jacobs Price and Ottis Earl Jacobs, Jr.; his sister Kimberly Ann Butler-Anderson; and his granddaughter Oaklyn Sharpe. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
