He is survived by: his children, Catherine A. Colvin (Hubert), Dorothy Higdem and David Ashcraft (Kim); his grandchildren, John Colvin (Kasey), Martin Colvin (Maria), Parker Ashcraft (Sidney), Marlee Ashcraft, Jennifer Coleman (Phillip), Kimberly Higdem and Ethan Ashcraft; and his great grandchildren, Mary Mack Colvin, John Colvin, Tyler Colvin, Lucy Colvin, Evan Coleman, Reese Coleman, Chase Coleman, Wyatt Ashcraft and Walker Ashcraft.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carrollton Baptist Church (30 Baptist Street, Carrollton, AL 35447). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Carrollton Baptist Church, P. O. Box 457, Carrollton, AL 35447 or to Gideons International, Pickens Co. Camp.
