He was predeceased by: his wife Ive Lou Britnell Pendley; his parents, William Pendley and Ila Lola Pendley; and his brothers, Norman Pendley, Willard Pendley, Wyman Pendley and Clarence Pendley.
He is survived by: his children, James Dewey Pendley (Catherine) of Berry and Kathy Pendley King (Mike) of Carbon Hill; and his sister Mary Lou Pendley Miller of Berry. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
