He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Laird and Gloria Barrett. He is survived by: his stepmother Linda Laird; his children, Jared Laird and Trey Laird; his siblings, Tommy Laird, Phillip Laird and Donna Tompkins; his nephew Kevin Laird; his aunt Edith Ann Crump; and his stepbrother Patrick Webb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Carbon Hill First United Methodist Church Building Fund.
