He is survived by: his wife Janice Perkins of Carbon Hill, AL; his son Wade Perkins (Norma) of Adamsville, AL; and his stepchildren, Scott Curd (Frida) of Hackleburg, AL and Lee Curd of Chattanooga, TN.
