She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillie Lorene Woods and John Elzo Hill; and her sister Bobbie Hill. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Blackston; her children, Angela Long (RJ), Zaneta Odom (Tim), Scott Odom and Pierre Blackston; her grandchildren, Brandon Ivey (Emily), Jacob Odom, Matthew Odom (Destinee), Christien Reed, Claire Reed and Austin Reed; and her great grandchildren, Damien Ivey, Annabelle Odom, Araina Odom and Freya Wingard.
