She is survived by: her husband John Chambers; her sons, Mark Jonathan Chambers (Ronda), Jason Gregory Chambers (Charity) and Jeremy John Chambers (Angie); her sister Kathy Pate; and her grandchildren, Madison Mae Gurganus, Brittany Diane Chambers, Karlie Rae Ruthledge, Hanna Nichole Chambers, Ali Grace Chambers, Jayla Faith Chambers and Mason Elijah Chambers.
