Parker of Huntsville, Alabama; his children, Franklin Parker, Jr. (Delene) of Madison, William Parker (Tiffany) of Huntsville, Alabama, Khristal Jouett (John) of Madison, Suntania Draper (Cedric) of Madison and Omega Sanders (Richard) of Huntsville, Alabama; his siblings, Gayle Edwards (Pervis) of Long Beach, Elkin Parker (Sherry) of Indianapolis and Gary Parker of Bellville, Michigan; and his grandchildren, Jasmine Monk, Juvawn Parker, Jalecia Parker, Jadda Parker, Kyle Parker, Josiah Parker, John P. Jouett, Kayla Jouett, Ashlyn Sanders, Joshua Sanders and Jay Sanders. He was also cherished by three great-grandchildren, and many relatives and friends.
