She is survived by: her children, Loretta Ann Baker, Cynthia Kaye Garrett, Charles E. Garrett and Wilburn L. Garrett; and her siblings, Sara Waldrop, Imogene Mote and Rayford Hill. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; 15 Great Grandchildren.
