He is survived by: his sons, Billy Eugene Jenkins and Patrick Scott Jenkins of Jasper; his brother Bobbie Gene Jenkins of Jasper; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Jenkins, Christopher Jenkins and Billy Jenkins, Jr.; and his great grandchild Rosemary Jenkins.
