He is survived by: his wife Patricia Roland; his children, Timothy Pruette, Jonathan Zabel, Kimberley Osborne (Jonathan), Robert Zabel, Tammy Kolb (Steve), Richard Thomas (Lisa) and James Thomas; and his brother Abner Roland (Linda). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
