Carter Lewis; her brother Tom Bishop (Trish); her daughter Stephanie Heinlen (Mark Couzens); her stepchildren, Perry Lewis (Tammy), Beth Lewis Smith (Drew) and Parker Lewis (Neally); and her son Dan L. Heinlen (Gelene). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandson.
