We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2021, Mary Louise Hays Stokes Mallette (Camp Hill, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her stepfather Dock Hall; her husband Joseph Mallette; her siblings, Myrtle Hays Thomas, Beverly Hays Tharp, Clayton and Harold Hays; her grandson Eric Hamilton; and her former husband Landon K Stokes.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Edward Stokes (Terry), Judith Kay Stokes Hussey (Dave) and Linda Susan Stokes Hobbs (Bob); her grandchildren, Jeffery Hamilton, Rachel Stokes Fisher (Jeremy), Sarah Stokes Clevenger (Troy), Stephan Hobbs and Kaitlyn Stokes Ladnier (Kenny); and her niece Sharon TharpHawkins (Henry). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Due to the current pandemic, there will not be a public service A private family memorial will be held on/or around her birthday near one of her beloved bayous in her native home of south Alabama.
