He is survived by: his wife Linda Morgan Medley; his children, John Robert Medley, Jr. (Robbie) of Birmingham and Kimberly Elaine Hammonds (Jeff) of Titus, AL; his close friend Kathy Medley of Huntsville, AL; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Lewis (Liston), William Brady Medley (Jordan), Hollis Medley (Hannah), Katherine Medley, Dylan M. Hammonds (Meagan) and Abigail Conn; and his siblings, Jerry (Tammie) and Sarah Lewis (Steve). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
