He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Edmond Tubbs and Peggy Ann Lassiter; and his brother Doug Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Judy Deas Tubbs; his children, Kristi Sanford (Scott), Christen Tubbs (Miranda) and Kelly Tubbs (Jessica); his grandchildren, Jasmine Tubbs, Logan Sanford, Cameron Tubbs, Hailey Tubbs, Aubree McInnis, McKinley Tubbs and Cooper McInnis; his siblings, Steve (Toni), Gail, Linda and Carolyn (Kevin); and his sister-in-law Charlotte. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
