Frazier was loved and cherished by many people including: son Phillip Floyd; brothers, Fred Shelly (Bernice), Eugene Shelly and Camp Hill; grandson Antiona Banks (Colotta); great grandchildren, Justin Banks of Opelika, Kylee Banks of Opelika and Ka Joden Holloway of Opelika; and also, Daisy Shelly and Auburn. Frazier was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
