It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwinderling Finley Higgins of Camp Hill, Alabama, who passed away on April 21, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her sons, Jamerick Higgins of New York City, NY, Jeris Higgins of Atlanta, GA and Justin Higgins of Atlanta, GA; her goddaughter Deborah Hamilton; her mother Adella Finley; and her siblings, Phyllis Burton of LaFayette, Wynetta Holley (Tommie) of LaFayette, Truly Finley of LaFayette, Precator Finley (Carolyn) of Baltimore, MD, Atony Finley (Michael Finley), Romeo Finley (Olasta Finley) and Urelles Finley (Isie). She is also survived by three grandchildren and two god grandchildren; six aunts, two uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
