Dempsey is survived by: sons, Larry Tinsley (Krista), Sylacauga Tinsley and Ronald Tinsley (Yun); and sister Myrtis Hughley of New Kingston, PA. Dempsey is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
