She is survived by: her children, Kevin Wayne Hazellief (Michelle) of Largo, Amanda Jo Jacobs (Louis) of Opelika and Wade Campbell Spooner (Jennifer) of Opelika, Alabama; her grandchildren, Wyatt Hazellief (Jamie), Savanna Pate (Colton), Tanner Jacobs (Emmalyne), Wade Spooner Jr. and Abigail Spooner; her great grandchildren, Bentley, Parker, Cash and Laken; and her siblings, Jim Davis (Joyce), Jerry Davis (Mona), Richard Davis (Angie) and Rhonda Caudill.
