He was predeceased by: his parents, George Whitlow and Bettie Bradford (Jerry); and his sister Billie Barnes. He is survived by: his stepmother Norma Whitlow; and his siblings, Gerald Whitlow, Randy Hallman (Kim), Paula Gunn (Tommy), Shannon Whitlow Ogle (Todd) and Dawn Whitlow. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
