He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Holt Stockdale of Camp Hill; his children, Lance Stockdale (Lori) of Headland, Tracey Rush (Walter) of Notasulga and Nicholas Stockdale (Audrey) of Reeltown; his grandchildren, Ty, Cayd, Colton Stockdale, Calen, Kyle Rush, Maddie Grace, Macon and Vae Stockdale; and his siblings, George, Barbara and Lenora. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
