He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry L. Lewis, Jr. and Lois Carter Lewis; and his wife Bobbie HeinlenLewis. He is survived by: his brother William Lewis (Nancy); his children, Perry Lewis (Tammy), Beth Lewis Smith (Drew) and Parker Lewis (Neally); his stepdaughter Stephanie Heinlen (Mark Couzens); the mother of his children Nita Perry Lewis of Lockhart, Alabama.; and his caregivers, Tara Stinson, Elaine Frazier, Geraldine Claybron, Alethea Stowe and Terri Bence, RN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandson and multiple cousins, nieces and nephews.
