He is survived by: his siblings, Rex Givens (Terri), Chad Givens, Dale Givens (Cindy), Romona Miller (Pat), Dottie Humphery and Inez Westmorland. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
