She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Halbrook and Pearl Halbrook; her husband Jackie Darrel Powers; her daughter Lori Ann Duncan; and her siblings, Rayburn Halbrook, Tommy Halbrook and Clelia Simpson.

She is survived by: her children, Perry Powers, Dennis Powers and Sharon Powers; her grandson Wade Duncan; her great grandchild Clade Duncan; and her siblings, Joe Halbrook, Jr., Joy Thompson and Betty Halbrook. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
