He is survived by: his children, Susan Williams (Roger), Peggy Coker (Jack), Robert Simpkins (Kathryn), Mike Simpkins (Kim), Tracy Martin (Dean) and Todd Simpkins (Sue Ann). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
