He was predeceased by: his father William Lee Foxhall. He is survived by: his mother Artie Jean Foxhall; his wife Tracy Foxhall; his children, Joey L. Foxhall (Nicole) and Carrie Amanda Pugh (Travis); his siblings, William Lee Foxhall, Jr. (Dewanda) and Patsy J Wallace (Jamie); and his extended family, Jeremy D. McClelland and Timothy E. Kelley. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
