Cook, III of Camden, Allen Finklea Cook of Prairieville, Houston Bradford Cook of Alabaster, Carol Cruse Cook of Daphne and Sherri Newell Cook Bush (Matt) of Camden; and his sister Theresa Ann Cook Beightol of Roanoke. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
