He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Clifford Godbold (S. C.) and Jean Godbold (Fairly); and his half-siblings, John Lawrence, Stanley David Godbold and Frances M. Godbold.
He is survived by: his sister Alice Jean Godbold (Michaud) of Atlanta; his nephew Matthew Michaud; his great-niece Emily Jean Michaud of Marietta, GA; and his niece Leslie Jean Michaud of Jasper, AL.. He is also survived by spouses and children; and many cousins.
You may substitute for flowers a donation to Camden Nursing Facility which provided exceptional care and love; Camden United Methodist Church, his spiritual guide; or J. Paul Jones Hospital, where his father received the best of care in 1960-61.
