He is survived by: his wife Ruth Johnston; his children, Carlene Scrimpshire (David), Missy Stewart (Les), Brian Johnston, Kevin Johnston, Jason Johnston, Kyle Johnston and Courtney Clay (David); his grandchildren, Matthew, Lauren, Kelsey, Madison, Abbie, Jakob, Blaine and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Rylee Grace, Anniston Ruth and Prestyn Blair; his siblings, Mary McIlwain, Yvonne Thornton, Greg Johnston (Bonnie) and Vicki Dew (Dewayne); his aunt Ollie Johnson; and his parents-in-law, Ardella Ainsworth (Elonzo), Joe Frazier (Rhonda), Joan Hopkins (Paul), Sue Newburn (Bud), Ricky Frazier (Pam), Terry Rivers and Darrell Frazier (Rachel). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other relatives and many friends.
