It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Ray Scarbrough of Calvert, Alabama, who passed away on April 10, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sialas Scarbrough and Mattie Givins Scarbrough; his wife Esther Scarbrough; his daughter Belinda Berry; his son-in-law Gene Parker; his children, Ellen Parker, Phyllis Wiggins (Johnny) and Greg Scarbrough (Sue); and his sister Pearl Odom. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
