He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Tracy and Mary Tracy; and his siblings, Louis Tracy (Gladys), Thomas Tracy (Marilyn), Martha Tracy Goggins (James) and Rosemary Tracy Carroll (John).

He is survived by: his children, Brad Tracy (Maryland) and Laurie Tracy (Charlet); and his grandsons, Cory Tracy and Matt Tracy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and great nieces and nephews.
